Prime Minister Edi Rama was asked by journalists about the construction of the Llogara tunnel. During his response, Rama made a sarcastic remark, saying that the tunnel was not made of steel, but of grass and gravel.
He further stated that the government will continue to build tunnels and axes, while adding that during this mandate it will also move forward with railway projects.
"There is no iron in the Llogara tunnel, I'm telling you since no one is listening to us. Dry grass from the one used for shade was used there, because it had to be stolen. There is even another crime, a lot of gravel was taken and with the grass and gravel, a structure was built."
"Those Turks claim that they are very mean, they claim that it is a very strong structure. Meanwhile, the Llogara tunnel is there, everyone uses it. We will continue to build tunnels, axes and this mandate we will also move forward with railway projects ," Rama said. /CNA
