Prime Minister Edi Rama was also asked about the Balluku case at his end-of-year press conference. Rama said that neither he nor anyone else had entered into the content of the case, but said that when this issue goes to the legislative branch, they must definitely express themselves since the Mandates Council is not a notary's office or a prosecutor's office.

Regarding the file sent to the Mandates Council by SPAK for Balluk, Rama stated that if he himself were part of the Council, he would tell them to leave and return with a suitable file for the deputies.

The Prime Minister stated that the 16,000 pages of the file are not the product of the investigation, but have been included in the entire archive of the ministry.

Rama announced that the USB submitted by SPAK to the Parliament has not been withdrawn by any socialist MP or by Minister Balluku, so that no one would say that the information was obtained from the Parliament.
