Kreu i KQZ-së, Ilirjan Celibashi vendosi të mos regjistrojë Partinë Demokratike në zgjedhjet e 14 majit, pasi Lulzim Basha nuk pranoi të plotësojë dokumentacionin në KQZ si kryetar zyrtar.
Menjëherë pas këtij vendimi, Enkelejd Alibeaj sulmoi Celibashin. Mësohet se pak minuta më parë përfaqësuesi ligjor i grupit të vulës, Indrit Sefa ka dorëzuar ankimimin në KAS.
Nëpërmjet Sefës, Alibeaj i kërkon Komisionit të Ankimeve dhe Sanksioneve shfuqizimin e vendimit të Komisionerit Shtetëror të Zgjedhjeve.
Grupi i vulës pretendon se Celibashi ka ndërmarrë një vendim politik për të zvarritur, pa asnjë shkak ligjor, regjistrimin e PD-së në zgjedhjet vendore të 14 majit./ CNA.al
