Journalist Arjan Çani has made a strong statement, revealing the connections between Prime Minister Edi Rama and the elected mayor of Himara, Fredi Beleri.
Çani said on Erla Mëhilli's show that Prime Minister Edi Rama invited Fredi Beleri to his office for lunch.
He claims that this happened a few years ago and a group of other people were going to lunch.
According to the journalist, the head of the government has nothing personal with Beleri, but it is some businessmen who seek to imprison the elected mayor of Himara.
"The great Sultan Edi Rama invited Fredi Beleri to the prime minister's office for lunch together with a group of people a few years ago. Rama has nothing personal with Beleri. "Rama today has more than 7 people who are called journalists but in fact are businessmen, who for various reasons want Beleri to stay in prison," the journalist emphasized./ CNA.al
