Tirana's political leader and MP Belind Këlliçi delivered his speech at the rostrum held in Lapraka. During his speech, Këlliçi thanked the participating democrats, while adding that the DP is the only force that made Albania a member of NATO and lifted visas.

The MP also called for massive participation in the opposition's national protest to be held on January 24 at 5:00 p.m. He said that the protests will not stop until Prime Minister Edi Rama leaves office. 

"I think that today every DP official, when appearing before the Democrats, should start by thanking each of you who, in 13 years, with your resistance, have saved the Democratic Party. The DP is the only Western force that made Albania a member of NATO, lifted visas and will undoubtedly make Albania a member of the EU together with you. Today is the day to speak very little and listen a lot from you. Fate favors the brave. You are heroes and resisters. I am sure that fate will smile on the Democratic Party. See you in the square on January 24, so that we do not stop until the overthrow of the leader of the drug state, Edi Rama ," said Këlliçi. /CNA
