Socialist Party MP Erion Braçe has leveled other accusations against the Municipality of Tirana. This time, it is about the fines that the Municipal Police impose on citizens.

The SP MP denounces the case where the Municipal Police imposed a 200 euro fine for cutting down trees, while the trees were maintained by the residents of the 1 Maji neighborhood.

Braçe says that when you want police officers of all kinds, you never find them, but they are always there to do harm to the community.

"This is not the municipal police we need!! Yesterday I told you that "when you want police of all kinds, you never find them"; but they are always there to do harm to the community; At the May 1st triangle they slapped me in the face with this fine - 20,000 lek, that is, 200 thousand lek, exactly 200 euros.

The fine is for uprooting, cutting down trees, bushes, etc.;

An elderly man, Sabriu, who owns the house on the first floor, has planted olive trees, other trees, and shrubs himself.

He pruned them lushly and at the right time, as he does so well.

So he maintained them as he maintains them every day!

They gave him this fine! He's been trying to find his rights for four months, but he can't find them anywhere.

So not every ignorant person learns from this work;

Pruning your own trees is not against the law!
