In the first week of this month, the Albanian Parliament organized the second meeting on the findings of the Special Commission of Fatmir Xhafaj, the last Enverist, the man who once said he was the father of justice reform in Albania and now seeks to dismantle it because officials and thieves of the Renaissance are being arrested.

Rado turns out to be part of the group of experts who compiled a summary of findings and recommendations regarding the draft National Action Plan regarding the Rule of Law pillar, focusing on guaranteeing the separation of powers, the independence of independent institutions, the role of the Assembly in improving the justice system, etc.

But who is Dr. Klodian Braho?

Dr. Klodian Rado is an immigration consultant in Canada and a lecturer at York University in Canada.

But beyond his CV , Klodian Rado is the man who failed to prove before the Judicial Appointments Council (KED) that he had 15 years of experience as a "jurist", a legal requirement to run for the High Inspector of Justice.

Candidate Klodian Rado submitted his application for the position that will carry out the inspection of all judges and prosecutors in March 2019. According to the findings of the Judicial Appointments Council, at the time of application, candidate Rado did not meet the criterion of seniority in the profession.

The KED decided to ban the candidacy of lawyer Rado with the decision dated August 2, 2019.

Klodian Rado, who worked as an expert with the EURALIUS mission, failed to prove that he paid taxes for his employment during the period 2003-2006, initially as an assistant in a law firm and later in the association "For Civilization and Justice".

Candidate Rado has acknowledged the inability to provide legal documents to prove his claims, especially employment at a law firm, but he has stated that he is willing to prove his claims with witnesses. This suggestion was not accepted by the Judicial Appointments Council, which considers only documents and not witnesses as evidence.

In a communication with the Judicial Appointments Council, the applicant for the ILD position, Rado, stated that:

"To my knowledge, unfortunately, I do not have and have never been provided with a work booklet. All my previous employers, public or private entities, inside or outside Albania, have not asked me for one and, consequently, have never had me sign this document."

Later in November 2019, after the KED decided to stop his candidacy, Rado filed a request to withdraw from the candidacy with the excuse that he needed to go to his family in Canada.

Rado also recently ran for a seat on the Constitutional Court.

Today, Klodian Rado, who failed to prove his years of experience for tax evasion for his employment and received 2 salaries at 100% of the gross monthly salary for the position of advisor , is an expert in the Special Commission of the last investor who seeks to integrate Albania into the EU, the man behind many scandals and affairs. / CNA
