The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, stated today that solving the problem of expropriations and legalizations is urgent.

In a conversation with residents of unit no. 8 in Tirana, Berisha emphasized that this process will help the country on the path towards urbanization.

Berisha said that the Democratic Party's program best solves this issue, which is holding back urbanization in Albania.

"You can't establish a rule if you don't justify, if you don't solve the problem of legalization."
