The head of the PD parliamentary group Gazmend Bardhi has responded with strong accusations to the socialist deputy Plarent Ndreca, after the latter's reaction to the facts published by the democratic leader of Tirana Belind Kelliçi.

According to Gazmend Bardhi, " Today, a peripheral deputy of Edi Rama attacked his colleague Belind Kelliçi with the language of Erion Veliaj's lies. He is the same SP deputy who lied publicly on Thursday on the show "Opinion" when he said that there is no problem in SPAK.

The truth is that Plarent Ndreca, the deputy of Edi Rama, is under investigation in criminal proceedings no. 240/2021, based on a Referral (report/information) made by the High State Control, accused of violation of equality in tenders, carried out in cooperation, with abuse of millions of euros for the reconstruction of several buildings of the Police Stations (Police Stations no. 4 Tirana, Vlora, Mirdita and Pogradec).

Contrary to the mud that he throws with lies to anyone who tells the truth in his face, that he is a recidivist violator of the law, for Plarent Ndreca clearly according to official documents, SPAK has come to the conclusion that as the Secretary General of the Ministry of the Interior, he has violated the law by predetermining the winning company and fictitiously increasing procurement values, causing serious financial damage to the State Budget.

From the investigation so far, a number of violations committed in violation of the legal provisions in force on public procurement have been found, undermining the equality of participants in these procurement procedures and which have created an unsubstantiated increase in the value of construction costs and design costs.

If Plarent Ndreca thinks that because he is a peripheral MP and out of the focus of public opinion, he can be amnestied by SPAK, he is seriously mistaken! Regarding this matter, the DP Parliamentary Group is waiting for SPAK to do its duty, closely following the entire process and disposing of all the facts that prove the serious violation of the law and the criminal responsibility for the deputy of Edi Rama !
