But in order to complete his CV, Xhuljan Caka was also selected as a trainer of ZEAZs in the District of Tirana in the monist elections of 2019.

According to Këlliç, this is a whole network of connections of MP Plarent Ndreca, who has had the full confidence of his political boss, since in 2009 Erion Veliaj selected him as the candidate of the G99 party in the district of Lezha, and after his soldier he strongly promoted during the "Renaissance" rule.
