The Secretariat of Ethics did not consider the request of the Democratic Party for the punishment of socialist MPs Plarnet Ndreca, Ilir Metaj and Erion Braçe.

The request that was filed by Albana Vokshi has been dismissed, as it was considered to have been filed out of time.

Also, Vokshi said that he has sent a letter to the Speaker of the Assembly, Elisa Spiropali, to start the parliamentary procedures for the replacement of Ndreca on the grounds that he has violated the regulation and the law on investigative commissions.

"Initiate disciplinary measures for the verbally abusive MPs, Plarnet Ndreca, Ilir Metaj and Erion Braçe, initiate disciplinary measures for the general secretary and all the administration that has obstructed the commission. We have made a request to the Secretariat of Ethics for the expulsion of the violent MPs for these MPs, we have also prepared a criminal report for anyone who obstructed the parliamentary investigation", stated Vokshi on October 11./ CNA
