Investigative Commission for Health/Vokshi: The meeting called today is void

The deputy and chairperson of the Investigative Committee for Health, Albana Vokshi, has stated that without the participation of the deputies and the chairperson of this committee, according to the law, the meeting is void.

Vokshi emphasized in a press conference that the call for today's meeting of the commission was made unilaterally.  

The deputy said that the majority refuses to recognize the opposition in the commission and the leadership of this commission by the opposition.

"The investigative commission operates under a special law.

Without 75% of the deputies, we judge that the commission is null because most of the deputies are absent.

The President of the Assembly did not respond, yesterday after the Assembly's schedule ended, an announcement was made for the meeting of the commission in a unilateral way. They themselves write the request and call the meeting.
