The Speaker of the Assembly, Elisa Spiropali, known as Elisa of the incinerators, reacted after the clashes with the opposition in the Parliament.

Elisa of the incinerators has entered the role of a philosopher and lectured the opposition on civil disobedience.

She claims that civil disobedience cannot be imagined with the opposition's action.

According to her, "physical force, physical collisions, verbal threats, burning and destruction, or any expression recently included by our opponents in the concept of "Civil Disobedience", can never be imposed on the Assembly of Albania as nobody's democratic rights".

Civil disobedience is one of the most beautiful creations of civic and political engagement in human history.

Its unchanging essence, from Socrates in Ancient Greece, who preached questioning the moral right of authorities for an unjust law, to Mahatma Gandhi.

He brought the British Empire to its knees, being the first to kneel before millions followed him in the streets of India. Face to face with the muzzles of the rifles of the battalions of the colonial regime. Who opened fire on their bodies and civil disobedients did not move from the country, is the absolute rejection of violence as a means of imposing a denied right.

Entire epic struggles of humanity for the abolition of slavery, women's suffrage, the repeal of racist laws, the end of apartheid in South Africa, were fueled by the unstoppable moral energy and iron spiritual resistance of civil disobedience.

Civil disobedience categorically excludes raising a hand to demonstrate force and aims to create a paralyzing moral contrast between the bodies of peaceful protesters and the corpus of a state injustice perceived as such by society.

Civil disobedience is embodied by individuals opposing the discourse of an injustice, taking it upon themselves to peacefully break an unjust law, and peacefully accepting the personal consequence of breaking that law.

Civil disobedience, through courage and self-sacrifice, contributes to the achievement of a just solution, not through violence, but through the massification of popular sensitivity that ultimately succeeds in imposing the denied right, as a kind of checkmate for the authorities.

This is, in short words, the content of the concept of civil disobedience and thus the creative force of civil disobedience has paved the way of history, in a series of extraordinary political and social events for freedoms and human rights.

Nothing more remote from the deep moral content and the excruciating form of patience of civil disobedience can be imagined than the painful surprise of the political and media opposition this fall.
