The daughter of the former prime minister, Sali Berisha, Argita Malltezi has spoken about the SPAK file regarding the return of property and the privatization of the former Partizani complex.

She has accused the SPAK of falsifying official documents in the file and of not basing the charges against Sali Berisha and Jamarbë Malltez on evidence and facts.

Regarding a fragment from the SPAK file, which refers to a testimony given by Justina Boriçi, former Chairperson of AKKP, Malltezi said that Berisha would meet anyone to assign him a specific task. 

 "Boriçi has met Berisha, as there is no other form of how a person can be appointed to a certain function. The director of AKKP was appointed by the Prime Minister and of course the Prime Minister would communicate to her. There was no statement from her saying that Berisha appointed every employee of AKKP".

She said that Boriç's testimony shows that she was also surprised by the appointment as head of the AKKP, so it was not a fraudulent appointment./CNA
