The elected DP MP Belind Këlliçi, in a statement to the media after CNA's denunciation of Ajola Xoxa's tentacles reaching all the way to the Sharra landfill, called on the prosecutor who is sleeping on the Tirana incinerator file, Dritan Prençi, to investigate the inseparable duo, Erion Veliaj and Edi Rama.

"It has been two years now since we have continuously informed you from this platform about all the documentation submitted to SPAK regarding the investigation of the affair of the century, that of the phantom incinerator of Tirana.

For two years in a row, we have filed documents, emails, communications in various applications with SPAK, which constitute irrefutable evidence that this affair was not carried out by some anonymous individuals, various prestigous officials or retired directors of the Municipality of Tirana, but is a personal affair of two individuals, also identified by former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj as the actual owners, who are Edi Rama and Erion Veliaj.

Today, data from the investigative file of citizen Erion Veliaj was published on cna.al. We quote exactly: “In the case of the MEG Albania company, Erald Ismaili explains that this company was referred to him by Ajola and Klotilda, the client Vladimir Fezga had come to Ajola's office to open a business in the Sharra landfill and to obtain the environmental permit… after obtaining the permit, he remembered that the activity of the MEG Albania company had begun, but he had no information on how long it had continued.

Citizen Erald Ismaili stated that although he was the formal owner of the company Eris Consulting, its real owner was Ajola Xoxa…”

Dear citizens,

The company MEG Albania is the one that took over the Sharra landfill, immediately after the tragic death of the minor Ardit Gjoklaj. Later, this company also founded another company, Eco Recycling, together with the company Eco Tirana, founded by the Municipality of Tirana and the famous Amia Verona, investigated in Italy for links to the 'Ndrangheta.

At the end of these transactions, the Tirana Incinerator company also came into play, with the full blessing of the Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj.

The question I am asking for the umpteenth time to the Prosecutor of this file, Dritan Prençi, is: Why is the role of the two actual owners of the Tirana Incinerator, namely Edi Rama and Erion Veliaj, not being investigated in this corrupt affair?

If prosecutor Dritan Prençi has not been 'clarified' so far by the evidence deposited in SPAK by me, then today he has the legal obligation to administer the new evidence and the testimony of citizen Erald Ismaili, who clearly specifies that the company MEG Albania was brought to the office by Ajola Xoxa and the Chair of the Laws Committee, SP MP Klotilda Ferhati Bushka, to close the deal for the administration of the Sharra landfill.

From this headquarters and from this pulpit, hundreds of statements have been made and many facts have been made public that show that the death of the minor Ardit Gjoklaj in the Sharra landfill was not only never clarified by the justice authorities, but this event was used by Erion Veliaj as an alibi for the starting point of the corrupt affair in the Sharra landfill, initially with the MEG Albania company and finally with the phantom company of the Tirana Incinerator.

No matter how much the regime continues to keep this corrupt affair that has so far cost the citizens of Tirana at least 190 million euros closed, the truth will eventually come to light.
