Marta Kos/Berisha's statements: They are racist and corrupt

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has reacted harshly to the statements of Commissioner Marta Kos, describing them as "racist and corrupt".

In a public statement, Berisha said that Kos's reaction comes a day after the first party won the elections in Slovenia, raising questions about its previous stance.

According to him, accusing a society of accepting corruption is unacceptable, especially when, as he stated, individuals involved in corrupt affairs are supported.

He added that whether it is about political or monetary corruption, this is an issue that should be investigated by the relevant institutions of the European Union.

"Commissioner Marta's statement, one day after the first party won the elections in Slovenia and who did not speak until yesterday, is a truly racist and corrupt statement.

Whether we are dealing with political corruption or monetary corruption, this is a matter for the EU's investigative institutions.

But accusing a society of accepting corruption, at a time when it supports the thief with all the weight that the Commission has, is, to say the least, becoming his accomplice.
