Salianji in the race for the leadership of the DP?/ Berisha: They have adopted him politically, it is a pleasure to have him as a rival

Leader of the Democratic Party Sali Berisha, in a press conference this Monday, answered, among other things, the question about a possible candidacy in the mayoral race of Ervin Salianji.

Berisha said that Salianji is a case of a self-excluded person who has been politically adopted by someone else.

According to Berisha, there is not even the slightest fear of facing him in the race.

"The self-excluded is himself excluded, it doesn't change anything. Why this or that politically adopts this or that is none of my business. Adoptions happen at all times. Let all those who adopt them rejoice. He left and ended up, they adopted him, if he hadn't been adopted he would have been. He chose adoption himself, left and ended up. I am pleased to have a rival, I have had a rival but when the other is adopted he makes his own choice", - said Berisha. /CNA
