Prime Minister Edi Rama appeared yesterday evening at the "Air Albania" stadium next to rapper Rigels Rajku, otherwise known as Noizy.

Their photo was published on social networks by the prime minister himself and then by the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj.
