The three Italian businessmen, Umbro Staccini, who owns the companies "Servizi Italia", "Tecnosanimed" and "U.Jet Srl", and the other 2 shareholders of these entities, Elisabetta Anzanello and Giorgio Tardioli, have announced that they will not appear before the Investigative Commission of Health.

The chairperson of the commission, Albana Vokshi, 3 Italian citizens have refused to participate, arguing the absence with personal commitments.

Vokshi said that the testimony of the 3 citizens is key for the parliamentary investigation, as they are not only shareholders in the sterilization concession

"Umbro Staccini, Elisabetta Anzanello and Giorgio Tardioli have responded by e-mail due to personal and work commitments in Italy and abroad, but also the short notice period. We have called them 3 times and it is impossible for them to organize the trip towards Albania. It is the third time that the testimony of 3 citizens is key for the parliamentary investigation. They are not only shareholders in the sterilization concession private consultancy. They also have subcontracting companies and they take Albanians' money from all their pockets. They call the police and the police ensure their presence in the commission," said Vokshi.
