Today, the meeting of the investigative committee on Sterilization is taking place. The head of the commission, Albana Vokshi, has informed that the three Italian citizens Umbro Staccini, Elisabetta Anzanello, Giorgio Tardioli have refused to participate in the commission.

Vokshi said that their testimony is key since they received millions from Albanian taxpayers and it is very important that they testify in the commission.

"The three Italian citizens refused to participate in the commission meeting.

On Friday they said they were in Romania, today was the third time they were called, we are informed that due to personal commitments it is objectively impossible for them to organize the trip to Albania and be present in this commission.

Their testimony is key. Some of them have received millions of lek with private consultancy from the concession, they have subcontracting companies, they take our money from all sides, we consider it necessary to call them to the commission.
