The chairman of the Agrarian Environmentalist Party, Agron Duka and other leaders held a meeting with residents of Barbullinjë village in Lushnjë.

The duke asked the farmers about the problems they are facing, while he stated that agriculture continues to not receive the proper attention from the government.

"This open meeting with residents is the beginning of a round of discussions with the most persecuted stratum of society in relation to government support. "Even though it is the most important contributor to the economy, agriculture continues to not get the attention it deserves," he said.

He also spoke about his package of proposals for agriculture and the environment and about the lists of candidates.

"We will not choose hotel rooms to talk to people, but the land, farms, construction sites, enterprises, where ordinary people work every day.

In the lists of candidates, we aim to include people who represent this layer of society, so that tomorrow they can defend their interests", Duka stressed./ CNA
