The chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, made a call to the citizens from the balcony of his house, as he delivered a speech at the night protest of his supporters.

Berisha said that the citizens should come out and face the government of Edi Rama, which he claimed is running a dictatorship.

He asked the citizens to protest and stop Rama from getting a fourth term.

"Dear friends, among all the battles we have fought, in all our 32 years of efforts, the effort of all efforts is: the return of the free vote to Albanians. Overturning the dictatorship of gangs, crime and theft of Albanians.

This battle is therefore a battle for freedom and its essence. It is a battle for Albania and its dignity. It is a battle for every Albanian and his dignity. It is a battle for the western vocation of our nation. It is a battle for the power of the Albanians, for the hope of the Albanians, for the future of the Albanians.

'Rama wants to steal the 4th mandate'/ Berisha: Let's go out and face the dictatorship because we are 100 times stronger than them

Therefore, I appeal to the Albanian citizens, I appeal to the citizens of Tirana, to get out of apathy, to go out to Mejdan square, to go out and face the dictatorship, because we are not 1, but 10, yes 100 times stronger than them.

So my friends, once again I thank you with the deepest gratitude and invite you to continue the battle against this dictatorship, which is doing everything and in extreme measures seeks to abandon the 4th mandate. Never again!
