Another report has been submitted to SPAK for the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj.

The report was made this Tuesday by the member of the DP Appeals Commission, Adriana Kalaja.

She denounced that Veliaj helped the company of Armando Lilos, who he claims is a partner of deputy Fatmir Xhafaj, avoid construction taxes.

Kalaja stated that the mayor has openly violated the law by changing the Detailed Local Plan for the construction in the former Factory.

"We have denounced the corrupt affair of Veliaj in cooperation with the mayor of the Municipal Council, Fatmir Xhafajm, the partner of the company Arlis SHPK, Fusha SHPK and any other person not identified by us who were connected in this criminal affair.

Each entity that is provided with a construction permit has certain obligations to the Municipality of Tirana to pay, but it turns out that the Municipality of Tirana operates with double standards, openly harming the budget. During the first PDV, there are changes from the second PDV, which brings extraordinary damage to the budget of Tirana.
