In front of the building of the Municipality of Tirana, the vice president of the Municipal Council, Dorian Teliti, made public the demands of the opposition councilors for transparency of the municipality's expenses. 

Teliti said that they went to request information about 3 letters addressed to the Municipality of Tirana, a constitutional duty which Erion Veliaj does not answer.

The letters of the members of the opposition were about the two agreements concluded with the German and English company to improve transparency in the municipality. 

According to Telit, it is clear that only theft is behind these contracts. 

"Why doesn't Erion Veliaj respond to our three letters? What were they specifically? There were two agreements that Veliaj concluded with the German and English company to improve transparency systems, said Erion Veliaj himself here in the Municipality of Tirana. While he himself refuses to make these agreements transparent. How is it possible that he continues to make fun of the citizens and the most elected in Tirana? He has an obligation to give answers agreement? What is the term of these agreements? What consequences will these agreements have for taxpayers? but they are not found. Another request of ours was to rent them for 9 thousand euros per month. We asked for contracts in the suburbs for 13-15 euros for rent? While you can't even find them in the center of Tirana, not in the suburbs anymore. It is open theft. It is clear that only theft is behind these contracts. The opposition will do transparency by any means. We are at the top of the task and we will achieve transparency", said Teliti. /CNA
