The head of the parliamentary group, Gazment Bardhi, at the meeting of the chairmen's conference, requested the establishment of the investigative commission for the IPARD funds.

Bardhi has requested that this issue be a priority as an instrument to unlock EU funds for farmers.

Likewise, the leader of the DP group has spoken about the issue of the mandate of former minister Olta Xho?ka, saying that it has dragged on and the work must be continued without wasting time so that this issue goes to the Constitutional Court.

"We have laws as an initiative of deputies which have been in the drawer for three years. I really hope that they will be included in the calendars to be reviewed as a priority. These are important proposals coming from the opposition.

I also want to emphasize the problem of the procrastination of Olta Xhaçka's mandate. I really hope and call on you to proceed without wasting time so that this case goes to the Constitutional Court.

In the Council of Legislation, the MPs of the SP agreed that the motion should be forwarded to the Court, and I hope that this will happen in the session of September 12.

I also have an important issue related to IPARD funds. A few months ago, you requested that the debate on this issue and the establishment of a parliamentary committee to address the issues, take place in September.
