Lulzim Basha is known as one of the sleepiest and most failed politicians in Albania. This is because of many unfulfilled promises.

He has often articulated big promises, such as the reward of 20,000 euros for the third child.

Now, Luli has unleashed his fantasy again and has come up with another promise.

He declares through a video that he will make major investments for the education and qualification of young people and will make the average salary 2000 euros.

"The biggest investment of our economic plan is 4 large centers for the training of 25,000 young men and women, in the next 4 years, by the best European and American trainers in the field of Information Technology. With an average salary of 2,000 euros, with 25,000 young men and women, Albania will touch the change that is covering Europe and the United States of America. 25,000 families will have employees with decent wages. A new model of progress through knowledge, education and honest professional work will be offered to all Albanian youth. And a new middle class, of well-paid professionals, will be the foundation and guarantee for the developed economy and Albanian democracy", emphasizes Basha./ CNA
