CNA has revealed for months the scenario for the return of Lulzim Basha, predicting his movements with meetings after the defeat in the May 14 elections.
Basha seems to have confirmed this return today during a meeting with the youth of the FRPD.
One of them addressed him saying "Mr. President", while the serial loser of the opposition tried to be modest.
He said that he has resigned and that the campaign has not started yet. Thus, he let it be understood that he will be part of the campaign to run for president of the DP.
