Lulzim Basha's Democratic Party had a historic victory in the May 14 local elections.
Basha and his people got exactly 4-5% of the votes, registering a new record with 0 municipalities won.
After consecutive prize wins as the biggest loser in Albanian political history, Basha has started a tour today.
One of the things the serial loser did was to give heartfelt thanks to the voters who gave the municipalities to the Socialist Party.
