Economic expert Brisida Shehaj, invited to the show "Kafe Shqeto", spoke about construction in Albania.
Shehaj, referring to Rama's statements about the mortgage of buildings, said that they are simply public consumption.
The expert stated that it is Rama himself and state agencies that approve construction projects.
Regarding the companies that issue construction permits, Shehaj said that they are newly created companies without capital.
" What Rama says today is simply public consumption that he is probably taking seriously. Today, it is this same individual through the KTT and other agencies who approve construction projects. If you look at the companies that receive construction permits, they are companies without capital, newly created.
"The involvement of individuals in serious companies will degrade the market ," Shehaj said./CNA
