DP members in the Korça region head to the voting centers for the mayoral

The voting process for the election of the Democratic Party leader has begun this Saturday in the Korça region. DP members are heading to the ballot boxes to confirm Sali Berisha as the party leader, who is running without a rival candidate on the ballot.

According to data from local structures of the Democratic Party in the Korça region, participation is expected to be considerable, while the number of active members remains high in several important branches of the region.

In Korça, the membership list includes around 5 thousand members, while over 1200 to 1500 members are expected to be active in the process.

In Maliq, the list of members numbers 1,835 people, with over 1,200 of them considered active and expected to participate in the vote.

In Kolonjë, the DP branch has about 1,000 members on the list, while about 500 members are active.

In Devoll, the list includes over 1,500 members, with more than 500 active members expected to vote today.

Meanwhile, in Pogradec  , the list of members is around 1200, while over 700 members are considered active in the party structures./CNA
