The Assembly will convene tomorrow to decide on the follow-up of the parliamentary procedure for ascertaining the invalidity and termination of the mandate of the deputy Olta Xhaçka.

The Assembly will decide on Xhacka's mandate following accusations made by the Democratic Party that the minister's husband has been declared a strategic investor by the government.

Notification of the Assembly:

Tomorrow, Friday, 01.07.2022, at 12:00, under the direction of the Speaker of the Assembly, Mrs. Lindita Nikolla, at the same time Chair of the Council for Regulation, Mandates and Immunity, the meeting of this Council will take place in the Presidency of the Assembly, room "Pjetër Arbnori", with this agenda:
Continuation of the meeting for the motion of 1/10 of the representative deputies of the Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party for following the parliamentary procedure for ascertaining the invalidity and termination of the mandate of the deputy Olta Xhaçka.
