The DP candidate for Mallakastra in the May 14 elections, Agron Kapllanaj, has received another tender from the Government.

After the end of the local elections, the company "Shkelqimi 07", with administrator and sole partner Shkëlqim Kapllanaj, brother of Agron Kapllanaj, won a tender worth 2 million euros.

The tender was awarded by ARRSH for the construction of a junction with the highway in Bërzhitë.

The contract was signed on July 14 and its specific object is "Construction of the Bërzhitë junction and the connecting road of the Tirana-Elbasan highway with the municipality of Bërzhitë and the surrounding areas", reports "Syri TV".

Thus, Kapllanaj is getting another head from Rilindja, after he served it by becoming part of the DP script of the stamp by coming out as a candidate and serving the division.

Kapllanaj of Basha has previously received millions of Lek through tenders. According to the denunciations made by the PD, Kapllanaj has received more than 6 million euros per year from "Rilindja".

Also, CNA has denounced the payments that Agron Kapllanaj received from the Fier incinerator company.

On September 4, 2021, the company "Shkelqimi 07" signed a contract with "Integrated Technology Waste Treatment Fier", for the construction works, for a value of 79 million lek or 70 thousand euros.

But it doesn't just end there. The name of the company of Kapllanaj's family members, where his wife is also a member, has been rumored and accused for the reconstruction in the 5 May area. The reconstruction of this area has been entrusted to the company "Shëlqimi 07", in cooperation with two other companies.
