During the meeting held in Durrës, the head of PD Sali Berisha also spoke about the affair of the incinerators.

Berisha has not spared the accusations against SPAK, for which he said that he is not investigating the trunk that he describes as Edi Rama, but with the branches that, according to the same, is Lefter Koka.

“Ky njeri firmosi 420 milionë euro aferë të djegësve. Nëse ju lexoni aktakuzën e Prokurorisë, ajo fillon, përdorim të metodave të paligjshme në prokurim dhe korrupsion. Por pse? Sepse Edi Rama ka firmosur aferën e madhe me negociata të mbyllura. Me negociata të mbyllura e cila është e kundraligjshme dhe ia ka kundërshtuar Agjencia e Prokuroprimeve Publike.

Ç’ndodh me SPAK? SPAK nuk merret me trungun, se po të merret me trungun, “Rama boll vodhe dhe ik në qeli”, por merret me degët, se si ka shpërndarë Lefteri, se Lefteri ka vjedhur pa asnjë dyshim, por nga erdhi kjo aferë? Ai firmosi me negociata të mbyllura. Pra, ndodh gjithçka, por jo pse u akuzua, pse u hap çështja. Nuk hetohet, sepse duhet të hetohet Rama. Nuk ka njeri më të rrezikshëm se ky sot. Ky është rreziku i vërtetë i Shqipërisë.
