Does Erinda Ballanca have the legitimacy to investigate the Erion Veliaj case?

Sali Berisha recently joined the chorus of soloists who came out in defense of Erjon Veliaj.
For the sake of truth, Erion Veliaj was left second on the list because before him Berisha cried out to Ilir Meta.
Berisha got tired of acting like a principled person, so he tried to defend both the political prisoner Ilir Metaj and the ordinary Erion Veliaj.

Berisha himself tried to believe that he managed to assemble the two cases he needed, firstly, to avoid appearing to be fighting for his prisoner and secondly, to make himself a fighter for the principles of justice and a defender of human rights.

In fact, he simply appeared to be speaking to Rama in the style of "my prisoner is better than your prisoner".
But the truth is that for both prisoners, Berisha came out in the style of "my mother raised me, my mouth is full" because he delegated both of them to solve their problems to Erinda Ballanca.

Ombudsman Erinda Ballanca is the official who released Klotilda Bushka's office so that she could work with witnesses called by SPAK in the investigation process against Erion Veliaj.

It is not yet known whether Erinda Ballanca is among the people whom SPAK has indicted as collaborators in Bushka's activities, but it is certain that Ballanca cannot intervene and cannot respond to Berisha's request.

And Berisha knows this very well!
