Government action/Shehaj: It distracted attention from Bankers and photovoltaic

Economics expert Brisida Shehaj, through a status on social media, reacted to the government's latest action on food without receipts and the release of public spaces.

Shehaj writes that the action was taken to distract attention from Bankers and the lands that were taken for photovoltaic parks.

Further, Shehaj says that this scheme starts with the municipalities that lease the land, continues with the government, and then ends with financing from the banking sector.

 

"In recent days, the entire government has descended on the ground to investigate the informality of the villagers' bins.
Meanwhile, this action distracted attention from the elephant in the room, the energy sector (Bankers and the villagers' lands for photovoltaics).
For two years, left-wing municipalities have been rushing to acquire lands by leasing them to newly created companies, lands that will later end up in Photovoltaic Parks.
Of course, this well-organized scheme begins with municipalities leasing land for 10 years, continues with the government signing concession contracts on these state lands for 49 years (even though the lease contract is 10 years), and finally ends with their financing by the Banking Sector, which Rama described as launderers of dirty money, and has now made a partner to finance the projects of his entourage.
The latter shows special care when getting involved himself, and why does he take the souls of families for a home loan with letters and requests, "Surprisingly, companies with 0 turnover that have benefited from these concession contracts are financed with millions without any problem ," writes Shehaj./ CNA
