"Shaban's uncle will not take the mandate"/ Lapaj: I have

Co-leader of the 'Albania Becomes' Initiative coalition, Adriatik Lapaj, revealed today that he has received offers from the Socialist Party for the mandate.

In an interview with A2CNN, Lapaj stated that he will do everything possible to prevent Endri Shabani's uncle from receiving the mandate.

"In the last two months, I have received offers from the Socialist Party for the mandate. I have not accepted, I have rejected them completely. The leadership of our movement is also aware of this, as I have informed them in every case when it has happened. It was the concept of a broad-based government, to give Albania to the international community an idea of a political class that Mr. Rama also cooperates with the youth, while not dealing with the Sali Berisha opposition. I have rejected it, as I do not believe in betrayal. I cannot allude, I cannot slander. What I can do is to prevent Mr. Shabani's uncle from getting that mandate because if he gets it, he can go to Mr. Rama tomorrow", said Lapaj./CNA
