Regarding the legal initiatives that Rama said he would present, the leading democrat said that he seeks to create what he calls a "legal shield."

Meanwhile, regarding the Prime Minister's statements on the protest, Berisha said that February 20 is the day on which Albanians will fill the streets and squares of Tirana.
