SPAK, I agree to do 5 years in prison!

The SPAK order threatening, first and foremost journalists, with imprisonment in spreading the testimonies of some "repentant", is the most dangerous precedent, in my opinion, issued by a structure with high expectations to fight organized crime and corruption at high levels of government. 

Për qëllimin që u krijua SPAK jam ende në pritje, por nuk mund të hesht kur një urdhër-kërcënimi lëshohet duke iu referuar një ligji që flet për "sekret shtetërorë" e që katandiset në vendim me tre firma prokurorësh, me demek për të penguar përhapjen e dëshmive të thëna nga persona, që dukshëm në interes të tyre mund deklarojnë se kanë dërguar në orbitë, dy satelitë të emërtuar “Albania1 dhe Albania 2”.  

Të diskutosh nëse çdo deklaratë e thënë, qoftë kjo edhe përpara prokurorëve të vetuar, a përbën interes publik,   është një çështje që hap debat mbi të cilin jam fort e qartë. Por, të urdhërosh mospërhapjen e lajmit dhe të kërcënosh se kushdo që e publikon apo përhap këto dëshmi, në rastin më të mirë tregon se ky institucion vepron si në kohën e Nuhut.

I am not analyzing how true or not these evidences are, I can even agree with SPAK, because I think that these evidences do not have the point of public interest to be published, if I am wrong. I do not even think that there will be a journalist who will end up in prison, but I am worried about the "power to threaten" and the letter spent to produce an "order".

I know very well this order will remain only on paper, as today there are hundreds of methods which not only allow publication and dissemination, but will also force the SPAK to launch another investigation to uncover the "organized crime network of the spread of news ". And until they discover the proceeding they must first declare it a "State Secret".
