Today's arrests of exponents of the police, prosecution and crime are the second phase of an operation that began a few weeks ago, where the former leader of the Shkodra Police pyramid was arrested.

They were arrested in Lezhë, Tirana, etc., but for criminal activity in the territory of Shkodra, related to the gangs of Shkodra, just as today they were arrested in Kukës, Tirana and some other cities.

They are part of the same criminal activity, in cooperation with the same gang and the same thugs, publicly denounced by Sali Berisha, especially during the May 14 elections.

They were all arrested a few weeks after being transferred to other cities, but always because of the criminal activity they carried out in Shkodër before and during the election campaign...

The operation seems to have been complex, that is, special methods of investigation were used, which means that for months SPAK has been aware of every activity and activity they have carried out, including election crime, blackmail and pressure on the opponents of the government.

The symbiosis of organized crime with the state, and specifically the police, has been one of the elements of the victory of Edi Rama's party and candidates everywhere, but especially in Shkodër.

They gave the "victory" to Benet Beci, through blackmail, pressure with active actions or not, forcing citizens supporting the opposition not to appear in front of the ballot boxes, or forced to prove that they voted for ... "Positive Shkodra" and Benet Becin.

Practically, these were the real "electoral headquarters" of the ruling party, which has never managed to secure the support of more than 30% of the Shkodran electorate.

That SPAK has left them free to commit this not only electoral crime against Shkodra without concern, can be justified by the need to bring the investigation to the end and to prove an even more serious crime, such as organized crime.

This expectation of SPAK cost the city of Shkodra's citizenship, the handover of the city to one of their products, Benet Beci.

If SPAK does not immediately bring to justice the politicians in power who have benefited from them and their criminal influence, it shows that their arrest at this moment has nothing to do with the success of the investigation.

It shows that SPAK did not arrest them before, although he knew what they were doing, so that Edi Rama could get the last contribution in favor of his power...

If it turns out like this, this is the most serious crime that is happening, and that damages this society and this country more than any criminal organization, however organized it may be.

If, after the arrest of the "electoral staff", SPAK does not also arrest the political staff of "Shkodra positive", everything is reduced to a conflict of gangs and thugs that has nothing to do with law and justice.

This would make SPAK officially part of the criminal cartel that runs Albania, and that occasionally cuts off the heads of small bandits, but always after taking the latest contribution of their criminal influences.
