Fushë Kruja, Anteu of crime and the Achilles heel of the police

The event of Fushë Kruja is spectacular because it starts with the publication of the violence by the aggressors themselves and ends with the dismissal of the Minister of the Interior.

Between these extremes, one must look for the WHY of the courage of the aggressors to spectacularly challenge the authority of the state and the fear of the police to act against violators of order.

Where do they find the courage of a group of individuals who brutally beat citizens and take pride in publishing the video?

Why have the "strong" taken over the law in certain parts of the territory?

Why did the police not act against the aggressors? Why didn't he get the testimonies of the victims?

Politics and crime work according to the principle of communication vessels.

Crime not only competes with the state in terms of monopoly of force, but has confiscated it.

While the police and justice minimally shine with their self-discrediting passivity and maximally become lolos in the eyes of the public.

The police once again show that they are afraid to deal with individuals who enjoy political protection. Not without reason. Emiliano Nuhu and Dritan Zagani, once police officers, are now political asylum seekers because yesterday they dared to deal with the thugs while facing and publicly beating the Prime Minister himself.

It is the connections between politics and the world of crime that have compromised the concept of justice and the rule of law.

The delayed action of the police proved that the police do not lack capacities and competences, but they are afraid to act against people who have problems with the law, because they see them either in the company of high political figures or with political immunity.

Fushë Kruja proves that the concept: "everyone is equal before the law" has remained as an electoral promise.

It was not the reflection of the police or politics that led to the domino effect of resignations and dismissals. Institutions and justice did not react to the drive.

If the video had not been made public, nothing would have happened. The beating would be the MP. The chief of police there would continue to pressure the victims, the quarry would be operating at full capacity, and the Chuchi would be the interior minister. In Parliament, the majority would swear that the country has had a state for 10 years.

It was public anger at this public challenge to the aggressors, the catalyst that led to the resignation of the MP, the arrest of some gang members, the wanted notice for others, the closure of the quarry business, the melting of the police post at the scene and the dismissal of the Minister. Internal.

Fushë Kruja showed that in order to have justice and punishment for injustice, only laws and institutions are not enough, but also the commitment of all citizens. Without the collective reaction, nothing would happen because the institutions are non-existent.

Fushë Kruja repeatedly showed that the state's lack of justice, no matter how small, is efficiently occupied by violence and corruption.

The police have lost ground!

The police do not own the operational situation!

The police have violated the oath

Whereas when the recipe for solving the problem remains the same, a recipe that has been systematically proven to be unsuccessful and without results, failure and subsequent scandals are guaranteed.

The philosophy of resignations, dismissals "en bloc" of effectives, simply changing names, operating with a déjà vu scenario, combing, roadblocks, housing inspections, etc., does not work!

The problem is systemic, structural and structured. A systemic, structural and structured solution is missing!
