Edi Rama went to the Oncologist and named those who were caught.
Finally, here we have arrived, to the rule of those who do not get caught and the release, blame and damnation of anyone who gets caught.
This is a new political and institutional era when the new justice is unable to impose new moral standards in society, but is forcing the Government and Politics to adapt.
And how is this adaptation coming?
In two forms, the first are the strong who are resisting in the name of history and their influence on the past, everything new, and the second who are being sophisticated in order not to be caught and at the same time letting go like a crab, anyone that is caught.
Is this adaptation a good thing for today and tomorrow of our society?
I'm afraid not.
Even today we must raise every sense and alarm siren, because if all hope is placed on the new justice and no one will speak and work for new moral standards and values, then surely the inevitable effect will be the installation of the rule of those who are not caught.
The West has not always had justice as its strongest point or weapon, even if we examine the history of the rise and fall of the West if you like, the real power of the system in the USA, Great Britain and the EU lies in moral standards and examples of accountability.
Look and search, and you will easily verify that everywhere we find news, read or hear about officials and officials up to politicians and leaders of the highest institutional levels, who without any trick or hesitation resign and take full responsibility for events. or possible developments or scandals where they are rumored.
The resignation of an official or his/her dismissal is the language with which politics builds very long-term and stable standards beyond punishments or the work that justice can do.
How is it possible that under the 11-year government of Edi Rama, we have never seen any resignation or dismissal due to any case or public rumor.
We have only seen dismissals and omissions, only after Edi Rama had it clear from reliable sources within the justice system that this or that official or pistachio collaborator of the CM was caught.
Dismissals and releases have become sudden, before the "captured" was declared under investigation by justice, mainly with the "culture of the Chinese Communist Party" by declaring the "captured" within the party structures.

In short, Edi Rama is not interested in the fight against corruption, nor the morals and values ??in Government and Institutions.
With the way he acts, Edi Rama simply tries to control every explosion of "scandal bombs", surviving himself and thus creating a new elite of rulers who do not have to be honest, but only have to be extremely careful and cunning so as not to be caught.
In general, such rulings are even more cruel and fatal for countries because they hermetize governments, kill transparency, increase marketing costs and, of course, "taxtopia"...
We have explained before that "taxtopia" is that undeclared tax that we citizens have to pay as tips or bribes for every state employee who dreams of building personal wealth, villas, businesses and vacations in the Maldives or Thailand.
Governance practices are changing radically.
Edi Rama is not building a democratic, open and transparent government at all.
Edi Rama is moving into a new phase, into a new era of government that calcifies the rule of the uncaptured.
Every attitude and speech of Edi Rama seems to convey exactly this message: There is no need to be honest and uncorrupted. You just have to be elusive.
In 2015, as a citizen, I waged one of the most vocal public battles against corruption in health and against the pharmaceutical mafia from January to March of that year.
For 3 months in a row, the media showed the names of the people I accused, even the media did investigations at the time and brought out a bunch of documents and facts that Ogerta Manastirliu and Narvina Sinani were head and neck in the criminal blackness that was happening at QSUT and especially to the Oncologist.
How did the Government react to my denunciation and 3 months of public battle?
All the gangs and criminal groups that threatened my life and family every day with guns in hand turned against me, and at the same time the "media gangs" under the control of the Government attacked me to invent and slander all kinds of nonsense and humiliation against me.
The criminal gangs with cobras were no different from the "media gangs" of Mero Baze with friends who poured endless mud, slander and scum against me in their newspapers and portals.
The propaganda machine of the Government made me, a puppet of Fatos Nano, a puppet of Sali Berisha, a puppet of Ilir Meta, a drug trafficker, a thief, a fraud, a delusional person, mentally ill, and many, many other such madnesses.

They succeeded as best they could and silenced my voice at that time, and from that battle of January - March 2015, against corruption in health and against the pharmaceutical mafia, Arian Galdini was declared a Public Enemy and sentenced to oblivion.
Since then, Arian Galdini's name was erased as if by magic from every media, even surprisingly from all media, left and right, government and opposition, big and small.
Arian Galdini no longer exists for any newspaper, journalist or television studio.
Arian Galdini became the great forbidden and the great disowned.
This was the first response I received from the Government and the Pharmaceutical Mafia.
But that was not enough.
Edi Rama took Ogerta Manastirliu and promoted her from Director of QSUT to Minister of Health and today Minister of Education.
Meanwhile, Narvina Sinanin, Ogerta's colleague in crime, was promoted by Edi Rama to Deputy Director of QSUT and Director of AKBPM - National Agency of Medicines and Medical Devices.
He took them under protection and promoted them by giving them more power.
But 9 years passed and here we are.
Oncology has become worse than in 2015.
I denounced everything you read and hear today about Oncology in 2015, but today it has become even worse.
And beyond that, the evil has become greater and more brazen.

Ogerta Manastirliu and Narvina Sinani took control of AKBPM - the National Agency of Medicines and Medical Devices and there they soiled everything with their dirty hands and minds.
If SPAK reads me, and if any Prosecutor of SPAK has any conscience, I invite and challenge them to go and investigate what has happened and is happening in the last 5-6 years at AKBPM.
I call on SPAK to read the KLSH Report on the performance of AKBPM written by Alfred Leskaj, it starts with the investigations from the new building to the laboratory there and every practice of the tendering procedure, but especially the certification of drugs by AKBPM.
Edi Rama, with his presence and speech at QSUT, did not distance himself from corruption or from the blackness and barbarism of the structured predatory group in Oncology.
Edi Rama simply distanced himself, disgusted by the "captured".
Thus, we, the citizens and the opposition, should not remain silent.
We do not want a government that steals and robs us without being caught.
We want honest and fair governance.
The time to raise your voice is today.
If we leave this case too, as a case of giving in to the captured, believe that the rule of the uncaptured will make things much worse in 5 or 10 years.
I am for massive, unstoppable protests.
