No other power can dictate the executive power.

No other power can dictate the executive power.

No other power can dictate the executive power. The powers are separated.

This was the main thesis between December 2025-February 2026 and was related to the SPAK request/GJKKO decision for the suspension and investigation of Deputy Prime Minister Balluku. The government, the prime minister, the main leaders of the majority, the controlled media and its supporters repeated the thesis over and over again, - we do not allow the dictation of the other power (justice) on the execution and we are not a republic of prosecutors.

The result? In 3 minutes, 7 ministers were changed - almost half of the government, including ministers appointed only 5-6 months ago. A political act to create the idea of ??fundamental changes, not simply accepting the departure of the deputy prime minister. That is, the rejected request for the suspension of a member of the government led to the change of 7 ministers by the government itself, - the greatest impact that a request by the justice bodies has had during the entire transition.

Never before has an investigation into a government member dealing with infrastructure had such a large penalizing impact, including diplomacy, defense, the Ministry of Interior, justice, and relations with parliament.

Motives, reasons, the value of the newcomers, the impact and expectations – are a much broader topic, but for today, a significant detail is enough: the SPAK/GJKKO decision for a minister, rejected with such arrogance and a massive populist approach, forced the head of the government to change almost half of it!

In fact, the concept of separation of powers is intertwined with the concept of balance and checks and balances, and both of these are linked to the concept of integrity and legitimacy in representation and decision-making.

The record number of mandates (83+3) is not enough to create immunity over these concepts, which constitute some of the essential conditions for the existence of a democracy. An important lesson that after being arrogantly rejected for 3 months and in 21 speeches, was confirmed yesterday in just 3 minutes.
