When corruption becomes a system,

it begins to appear in the concrete,

on the asphalt,

in iron.

Roads that split a few months after the inauguration,

because they are built to bear the weight of corruption,

not the weight of the citizens.

Tunnels that leak before work has even begun,

because they are intended as financial schemes,

not as public works.

This is not a technical incompetence.

It is a moral collapse.

And when the morale of the government falls,

the state begins to behave differently with the law.

Albania today is a state

where crime is not fought,

but it is coordinated.

A state with crime coordinators,

where order is not protected by law,

but it is managed by fear.

A state that kidnaps businessmen,

not to punish them,

but to force them to withdraw from tenders

when they are not part of the circle.

Here, the market is not free.

He is in command.

Criminal organizations that directly intervene

in the pocket of the state budget,

millions disappearing from public accounts

and appear on private property.

European Union money,

intended for agriculture,

who don't go to the farmer,

but dissolve in corruption,

emptying the village

and killing hope.

And above all,

a power that controls every institution.

Parliament – ??turning it into a notary.

Justice – making it selective.

The administration – using it as an electoral army.

The media – keeping it under pressure.

Controls everything,
