Prime Minister Rama's visit to Israel and his very presence in that country's highest institutions, representatives, and protocols was the clearest proof of the international degradation, isolation, and boycott that Israel has suffered in international relations.

For the first time, I saw a Zionist state cheering and applauding a peripheral representative of the global scene, whose knees were already shaking. For the first time, I saw a wanted man like Netanyahu, who two years ago had all the world leaders coming to kiss his hand, today he is being humiliated by calling Rama a "visionary leader."

If there was anything historic about his speech in the Knesset, it was precisely the fact that it became a metaphor for the international isolation of Netanyahu's genocidal regime.

Until the Gaza Holocaust, Germany carried the historical shame of the Nazi Holocaust on its shoulders. The Netanyahu regime, with its massacres, eased the burden of shame on them by taking the global primacy of extermination. At this very moment, Edi Rama accepts the burden of shame on his shoulders by shamelessly flattering what the entire world today rejects.
