According to the media, behind this company are two foreign citizens, a Dutchman and a Bulgarian citizen. "Reporter" reports that the company "Zvërnec South Adriatic Development", is owned through several shell companies by the offshore company "Dutch Trust Management BV", which is registered in the name of 5 anonymous shareholders with Albanian citizenship, according to documents at the Central Bank.

The Ministry of Environment says that Pishe Poro is a category 5 protected area and according to the Law, tourist projects can be built there.

Undoubtedly, environmental destruction is all done by the Council of Ministers and by law, and when the law is an obstacle, it is changed. But why all this machinery of "shell" companies to hide the true ownership of the project?

Why are the companies and, of course, the entrepreneurs behind the project kept anonymous?

For what reason/purpose are works being carried out in Pishe Poro, for the Zvërnec project?

Is Kushner's project in Sazan being used as an excuse to attack the protected coastal area in Pishe Poro?
