Shot dead 62-year-old man for brandy/58-year-old man sentenced to life imprisonment

The Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction has decided on the fate of 58-year-old Sofokli Shani, who shot and killed Irakli Qorri with a firearm. The black squads have sentenced the 58-year-old to life in prison.

How did the serious event happen?

The serious event happened on June 4, 2021 in a bar in the village of Fier i Ri and the conflict that started for weak motives, ended with the killing of a 62-year-old man and the wounding of his son.

Rako Qorri and his son, Kejdi Qorri, 31 years old, were shot with a Kalashnikov in the premises of the bar they owned. The 62-year-old man died, while his son was transported to the hospital in serious condition.

The author had asked to drink alcohol, which was refused by the victim, the owner of the bar Rako (Irakli) Qorri.

Then a fight started between them, as Sofokli Shani hit the owner of the bar. The sons of Rako Qorri, who raped Sofokli Shani, have arrived to help.

The latter went home, took the gun and fired at Rako Qorri and his sons.
