Fatjon Murati on the run/ Tirana Prosecutor's Office declares him innocent

The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana had requested 3 years in prison for carrying weapons without a permit for Fatjon Murati, who is on the run, after breaking the 'house arrest' measure.

The Tirana court declared Murati innocent and with today's decision, Murati remains wanted for leaving the apartment.

The Tirana court has sentenced Kristjan Gjin to 7 years and 6 months in prison, who is accused of setting up an arms base in Tirana in July last year.

Kristjan Gjini has admitted that he had set up the weapons base and the Prosecutor's Office asked for 12 years in prison./CNA.al
