They attempted to cross the Qafë-Thane customs with false documents/ Three

The Border Police have arrested three Sri Lankan citizens who attempted to cross the Qafë-Thane border crossing with false documents.

More specifically, they possessed residence permits in Italy, suspected to be forged.

The arrested NL, AK and K. È. are accused of "Forgery of identity cards, passports or visas".

They attempted to cross the border with suspected forged documents, 3 Sri Lankan citizens were arrested in flagrante delicto.

Documents are seized.  

In continuation of the work of the Border Police services, based on information provided by intelligence, to crack down on illegalities, a check was carried out at the Qafë Thanë Border Crossing Point on 3 Sri Lankan citizens. Each of them attempted to cross the border with a residence permit in Italy, which is suspected to be forged.

Following the procedural actions, citizens NL, 57 years old, AK, 51 years old, and K. Õ., 36 years old, all three residents of Sri Lanka, were arrested in flagrante delicto for the criminal offense of "Forgery of identity cards, passports or visas"./ CNA
