Conflict over parking space/ 31-year-old wanted man arrested

Shkodra Police have arrested 31-year-old AK, wanted for intentional injury, threats and illegal possession of weapons.

The man arrested on June 3, 2024, is suspected of being involved in a parking dispute, during which a person was hit with hard objects.

Police notification

Shkodër/Controls continue to capture wanted citizens.

Wanted for several criminal offenses, the 31-year-old was arrested and put in handcuffs.

In implementation of the plan of measures for the localization and apprehension of wanted citizens, based on information provided by police intelligence, the Crime Investigation specialists of the Shkodra Police Commissariat, in cooperation with the services of the "Eagle" Special Force and the Specialists of the Serious Crimes Investigation Sector, have localized, apprehended and detained the citizen:

- AK, 31 years old, resident of Shkodra, wanted for the criminal offenses of "Intentional minor injury", committed in collaboration, "Threat", committed in collaboration and "Unauthorized possession of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", 

From the investigative actions, it is suspected that this citizen was involved in the conflict that occurred over the parking space of vehicles, on 03.06.2024, on "Pogej" street, during which citizen VB was physically attacked with hard objects.

The work to capture citizen SH, 27 years old, continues.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Shkodra, for further action./ CNA
