Video me përmbajtje pornografike/ Procedohet penalisht një 16-vjeçare dhe 2 shtetas të tjerë

Komisariati i Policisë së Korçës procedon penalisht në gjendje të lirë tre persona nën akuzën e “Pornografisë” dhe "Veprimeve të turpshme të kryera në publik”.

Ngjarja lidhjet me një video që qarkullon nëpër telefona të qytetarëve, ku një vajzë filmon dy të moshuar duke kryer veprime të turpshme në publik. Sipas informacioneve nga Policia, është arritur që të identifikohet vajza që ka filmuar dy personat, e identifikuar si një e mitur 16-vjeçare me iniciale O.D. Nga ana tjetër, u proceduan edhe dy shtetasit, përkatësisht një femër me iniciale I.R dhe një i moshuar me iniciale M.G.

Për të miturën rëndon akuza e “pornografisë” ndërsa për dy të tjerët akuza e "veprime të turpshme të kryera në publik”.

Video ka qarkulluar nëpër telefona ndërsa është filmuar në zonën e Pazarit të vjetër të qytetit ndërsa e mitura 16-vjeçare, pas identifikimit nga Policia e ka pranuar autorësinë e kësaj videoje./CNA
